Customers must contact us before returning any item at
All items must be returned unworn and with tags/labels attached within 14 days by a tracked/traced service as we can not be held responsible for any lost parcels
Postage for returns to be paid by the customer
Postage costs for discrepancies /faulty items only will be refunded
For oversea orders
Please mark on your parcel in the customs form ” NO COMMERCIAL VALUE: RETURNED GOODS” this is to avoid delays and charges at customs.
Any custom charges incurred must be paid by the sender.


From 31st December, You may need to pay additional charges for taxes & duty on receipt of goods.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

We suggest contacting your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
